Secretary Cortes, speaking from Kuwait, participated in a conference call this morning to provide an update on what Pennsylvania is doing to ensure troops stationed abroad have the opportunity to vote in the upcoming November elections. He confirmed that although the deadlines are different, the absentee voting process for troops is no different than for other Americans filing absentee ballots.
