The Independent Regulatory Review Commission held public meeting on 4 regulations. IRRC No. 2722 and No. 2722 were approved with one vote abstaining. IRRC No. 2626 and No. 2573 were unanimously approved. At a press conference with Governor Rendell this morning, Secretary Dennis Yablonsky of the Department of Community and Economic Development announced his intention to resign from his position.
