House Insurance – 9:30 a.m.

House Insurance this morning for the purpose of an informational meeting on HB 215, a bill by Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Delaware) that would impose a 12 month limit on audits for health insurance over-payments. Stakeholders from the Insurance Federation, Independence Blue Cross, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and the Podiatric Medical Association offered testimony on the measure.
