The committee unanimously reported as committed SB 106 which amends the Constitution to prohibit sine die legislative session following the November election in even-nuumbered years and SB 107 requiring the State Treasurer to post all salary information for state officers and employees and requiring local agencies to post salary information for their officers and employees.
