The commission also named Fiona Wilmarth as Acting Executive Director, she replaces Kim Kaufman who served as Executive Director since 2005. The Independent Regulatory Review Commission approved regulation No. 2806 Environmental Quality Board #7-446: Wastewater Treatment Requirements 4-1 with Commissioner Silvan Lutkewitte voting in the negative. The Commission received extensive comment on the regulation from a wide variety of stakeholders including PennFuture, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and the Department of Environmental Protection.
